Welcome to the Abisola Olabisi website.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the purchase and use of services, programs, resources and digital materials offered by Abisola Olabisi ("we," "us," or "our").
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a service or participating in a program, you agree to these Terms and any additional agreement applicable to the specific service you purchase.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our services.

2. Professional Scope
Abisola Olabisi is a Certified Teen Life Coach and Certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coach, with additional specialized education in Positive Psychology, Family Counselling, Marriage and Couples Therapy.
Her training equips her with practical, evidence-informed coaching tools for supporting individuals, couples, and teens in areas including mindset transformation, self-awareness, confidence, communication, relationships, boundaries, goal setting, resilience, and intentional personal growth.
Her professional development includes:
Certified Teen Life Coach: specialized training in teen development, identity, confidence, communication, decision-making, goal setting, and essential life skills.
Certified NLP Life Coach: training in mindset, thought and behavioural patterns, communication, limiting beliefs, goal achievement, and intentional change.
Positive Psychology Education associated with Martin E. P. Seligman; additional education in strengths, resilience, well-being, meaning, positive relationships, and human flourishing.
CPD-Certified Family Counselling, Marriage and Couples Therapy; specialized education in family dynamics, marriage, communication, relationship challenges, and couple relationships.
Together, these qualifications provide a multidisciplinary foundation for Abisola's work in Mindset Transformation Coaching, Relationship Coaching, Faith-Based Premarital Coaching, and Teen Life Mentoring & Coaching.
Abisola practices within a coaching, mentoring, personal-development, and educational framework. Her services do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment, or another regulated health service.
3. No Therapist-Client or Medical Relationship
Using this website, booking a discovery call, purchasing coaching or participating in a program does not create a physician-patient, psychologist-client, psychotherapist-client or other regulated health-professional relationship.
A coaching relationship begins only when the applicable enrollment requirements are completed and, where required, a coaching agreement has been accepted.
4. Coaching Results
Coaching is collaborative.
Results vary based on numerous factors, including a participant's circumstances, goals, decisions, participation and implementation.
We do not guarantee:
- A particular personal outcome
- Relationship reconciliation
- Marriage
- Improved mental-health symptoms
- Employment or financial outcomes
- Specific behavioural changes
- Any particular result within a particular period
Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not guarantees that another client will achieve the same results.
5. Discovery Calls
Discovery calls and parent/guardian consultations are intended to explore needs, answer questions and determine whether a coaching service appears suitable.
A discovery call does not guarantee acceptance into a coaching program.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a coaching engagement where the service is outside our scope, an appropriate coaching relationship cannot be established, or another form of support appears more appropriate.
6. Eligibility and Minors
Adults must have legal capacity to enter into the applicable agreement.
Teen Life Mentoring & Coaching involving a minor requires the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian as specified during enrollment.
A minor may not independently purchase a private teen coaching program where parent/guardian authorization is required.
Parents and teen participants may be required to accept separate participation, privacy and communication expectations.
7. Faith-Based Services
Abisola's overall coaching approach may be informed by Christian faith and values.
The degree of faith integration varies by program.
Faith-Based Premarital Coaching is expressly Christian and may incorporate biblical principles, Scripture, spiritual values and faith-based conversations.
Participation in general coaching services does not mean that every session will contain explicitly religious content.
8. Fees and Payment
Current fees and payment options will be disclosed before purchase.
Depending on the service, payment may be available:
- In full
- Through an approved payment plan
You agree to provide accurate billing information and pay amounts when due.
Payment plans divide the agreed program price into scheduled payments; unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not monthly subscriptions that can simply be cancelled by stopping future payments after services have begun.
Applicable taxes will be charged where required.
9. Online Purchases
Before completing an online purchase, you will be given the applicable service description, price and other material information reasonably required for the transaction.
Please review all information carefully before submitting payment.
Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable legislation.
10. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
The specific cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to private coaching will be stated in the applicable coaching agreement or purchase page.
Unless otherwise stated:
Clients should provide at least [24/48] hours' notice to reschedule a private coaching session.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be treated as used sessions, subject to the applicable coaching agreement and applicable law.
If Abisola must reschedule a session, a replacement time will be offered.
Refund eligibility for programs, courses and coaching packages will be disclosed at or before purchase.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights available under applicable consumer-protection law continue to apply notwithstanding a contractual policy.
11. Client Responsibilities
Coaching participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Attending scheduled sessions
- Participating voluntarily
- Completing agreed exercises where applicable
- Making their own decisions
- Communicating concerns or questions
- Seeking qualified professional services when their needs fall outside coaching
You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken before, during and after coaching.
12. Client Portal and Accounts
Where portal access is provided, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- Using the portal only for authorized purposes
- Not sharing restricted resources with unauthorized persons
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account access
We may suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect security, enforce these Terms or administer a completed/terminated program.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and original coaching materials—including worksheets, videos, exercises, frameworks, course materials, graphics and downloadable resources—are owned by or licensed to Abisola Olabisi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a program gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the provided materials for your own personal development.

15. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or link to third-party platforms for payment, scheduling, video conferencing, community participation, email, social media or other functionality.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Grow with AO
Grow with AO is a community/membership ecosystem associated with the Abisola Olabisi brand but may operate through a separate community platform.
Membership in Grow with AO does not itself create a private coaching relationship.
Community discussions are not private coaching sessions and should not be used for confidential coaching disclosures.
Separate community terms may apply.
17. Educational Content
Articles, videos, social-media posts, newsletters, downloads, workshops and other general content are provided for educational and informational purposes.
They are not individualized professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate professional assessment or services.
18. Website Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee that the website, portal or digital resources will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Maintenance, security issues, third-party outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abisola Olabisi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from use of general website content or voluntary participation in coaching, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
21. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Changes will apply prospectively from the effective date of the revised Terms unless otherwise required by law.
Material changes affecting an existing paid coaching agreement will be handled according to that agreement and applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on a client's location.
