Ready for Love — Program Terms

These Ready for Love Program Terms ("Program Terms") apply to your enrollment in and use of the Ready for Love signature digital program offered by Abisola Olabisi.

By enrolling in Ready for Love, you agree to these Program Terms together with the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where a conflict exists between these Program Terms and the general website Terms, these Program Terms govern your participation in Ready for Love to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.

Ready for Love is a personal-development and relationship-readiness educational program. It is separate from private 1:1 coaching and does not require a discovery call, a private coaching agreement, or private coaching intake.

1. Program Description

Ready for Love is a six-week, prerecorded, self-paced personal-growth and relationship-readiness program designed to help you develop greater self-awareness, address unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationship skills, clarify values, and prepare to build healthy love from a place of greater wholeness and intentionality.

The program includes:

• Six prerecorded teaching modules
• A guided Ready for Love workbook
• Reflection exercises
• Practical relationship tools
• Weekly action and reflection activities
• Program resources
• Private Skool community access
• Weekly live group Q&A with Abisola
• Program announcements and updates
• A completion message and recommended next steps

2. Digital Access

Access is provided through Skool, the program's learning and community platform.

After successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access instructions and a welcome/orientation email.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided by you or the platform and for all activity under your account.

Program availability may depend on third-party platforms and is subject to their terms, availability, and policies.

3. Payment

The program price is displayed on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Applicable taxes are charged where required.

Enrollment is completed when payment is successfully received.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because Ready for Love is a digital program with immediate access to all modules and materials, refund eligibility may differ from private coaching services.

Specific refund terms, including any applicable cooling-off or satisfaction period, will be disclosed on the enrollment page or in your purchase confirmation.

Nothing in these Program Terms removes any statutory cancellation, refund, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Refund requests may be submitted in writing to admin@abisolaolabisi.com.

5. Intellectual Property and Personal-Use License

All program content — including videos, workbook, exercises, resources, frameworks, and materials — is owned by or licensed to Abisola Olabisi and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program materials for your own personal development.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Reproduce, record, copy, or distribute program materials
• Share login access or paid materials with others
• Upload, post, or publish program content publicly
• Sell, sublicense, or resell the program or any part of it
• Present the materials as your own
• Create competing commercial products substantially derived from the program

6. Community Expectations

Participation in the Skool community is a privilege. Participants are expected to:

• Engage with respect, kindness, and encouragement
• Respect the privacy and dignity of other participants
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, or harmful behaviour
• Avoid marketing, solicitation, or unrelated self-promotion
• Keep shared personal information confidential
• Follow the community guidelines of the platform

Abisola Olabisi reserves the right to remove or restrict access for serious or repeated violations of community expectations, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that may apply.

7. Weekly Live Q&A and Group Confidentiality

Weekly live Q&A sessions with Abisola are group sessions, not private 1:1 coaching sessions.

Other program participants may be present. Participants should use discretion when sharing personal information. Confidentiality by other participants is encouraged but cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group environment.

You should not disclose highly sensitive information you would not want shared in a group setting.

The weekly Q&A supports questions from lessons, clarification of concepts, practical application, general relationship-readiness questions, mindset and personal-growth discussion, and accountability and encouragement.

The group Q&A is not psychotherapy, group therapy, counselling, clinical treatment, or crisis support.

8. Participant Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, and decisions, and for whether and how you apply what you learn.

The program is educational and is not a substitute for professional advice or services where those are needed.

9. Coaching and Educational Scope

Ready for Love is a personal-development and relationship-readiness educational program.

It may include discussion of identity, self-awareness, emotional experiences, relationship patterns, attachment concepts, communication, conflict, boundaries, expectations, values, personal growth, and relationship readiness.

The program does not constitute psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, diagnosis, couples therapy, clinical mental-health treatment, or crisis intervention.

Participants who require services outside the program's scope are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

10. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Individual outcomes vary. No particular result is promised or guaranteed from participation in the program.

Testimonials or participant stories describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

11. Technology and Platform Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website, Skool, or any third-party platform.

Maintenance, security, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

12. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Removal for Serious Violations

We may remove or restrict access in the case of serious community-policy violations, unlawful behaviour, or conduct that harms the community, subject to applicable law and any refund rights that may apply.

14. Applicable Legal Rights

Nothing in these Program Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

15. Governing Law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply based on a participant's location.
